Hi my name is Mark Gregory and i compete in powerlifting. I currently hold 5 commonwealth records and have won 3 ipf world bronze medals and 1 european medal.
This year hasnt started off good for me as i have had an injury in my upper back which has hindered my training greatly. This injury has led to me pulling out of the EPF european championships in May. However this decision was made so that i could be 100% for this years British Championships and hopefully win, retain my title and achieve some good PBs.
I will post my progress here and hopefully have a good 2010!
